[Symphony] info on cplex + symphony

Sorry for the confusion---you also need the configure option
--with-lp-solver=cplex. Although one could argue that SYMPHONY should
be able to figure out that you want to use CPLEX as the LP solver in
this case, there are other cases where it is not clear. The GLPK
library, for instance, can be used by SYMPHONY without using GLPK as
the LP solver. That's the reason you have to specify the additional
option. Let us know if it works after adding this option.
