[Symphony] error LINK2019

[hussin hassen]

I did not make any changes.
I tried again by downloading symphony-5.1.10, unpacking, archieving then  building with MSVC++, but I recived the same error.
Shall I un-install my visual studio 2005 and re-install it again?
