[Symphony] error LINK2019

Yes, you could try re-installing. I'm honestly out of ideas at this
point, since it seems to work out of the box for me and others.
Another option is to upgrade to Visual Studio 2008, since 2005 is no
longer supported by Microsoft (at least the express version).
