[Symphony] error LINK2019

[Ted Ralphs]

I just tried building a clean checkout of 5.1.10 in both debug and
release configurations and it seems to work fine on my Windows XP
laptop. Can you provide any more information? Are you trying to build
from an unmodified clean checkout or did you make some changes?
