[Symphony] error in latest stable 5.2 lp_genfunc.c, line 2003

Everyone,

I was testing the stable 5.2 code and ran into a problem.  As part of
an an else statement, line 2003 of lp_genfunc.c references the
p->mop->mip_inf pointer.  But the if statement on line 1959 has tested
and found this pointer to be null.  Unless I have mismatched
parentheses, it seems like this is guaranteed to fail.
