[Coin-symphony] Compilation with GCC on MSys

Actually, I think I was wrong on two counts. The bug may actually be in
the SYMPHONY configuration and and you should not have to use
--enable-doscompile in Msys. I have corrected what I think is the
problem in trunk. Unfortunately, I can't try it out because my Msys
installation is somehow corrupted. Can you give it a try?
