[Coin-symphony] Building using cygwin and eclipse

I think I may know what the problem is, but not yet how to fix it. For 
now, I *think* configuring with

configure --enable-doscompile CXXDEFS=-D__MNO_CYGWIN

should fix it. If you get a chance to try this, let me know and I will 
work on a better solution in the meantime. I am trying it now, but my 
windows machine is pretty slow.
