[Coin-symphony] Building using cygwin and eclipse

What version of SYMPHONY are you using? I have seen these errors before, 
but they should not occur with the latest version. In the past, I tried 
building SYMPHONY from within Eclipse and finally determined that it's 
easier just to go to a command line and build it each time while still 
using Eclipse for debugging. I will give it a try again and see if I get 
the same errors.
