[Project-managers] conf files and tarball generation for projects

Hello all,

Please look at https://projects.coin-or.org/BuildTools/wiki/pm-svn-conf.
That page describes what happens nighly on the coin server, how tarballs are
created and what does a PM have control over. 

Let me know if anything does not work as advertised.  Also, let me know if
something is missing / not clear / confusing on the page. (Even better: after
you figure out or ask me, fix the page! :-)
