[Os-project-managers] Quick question about GeneralFileHeader

Hi guys,

quick question about the complex type GeneralFileHeader in OSgL. Should 
the five elements <name>, <source>, <fileCreatedBy>, <description> and 
<licence> be required to follow a sequency model, or is the order not 
important?
