I agree with Kipp (if you mean to use this as the element name).
If you mean to use it as the type name, I am ok with any sensible type name.

I don't quite like "fileCreatedBy".
I prefer "fileCreator" or "fileCreators"
Singlular might just as well be ok. because when there are multiple sources, 
we still use <source>
