[Ipopt] CasADi 3.0

Dear IPOPT user community,

We are happy to announce the release of CasADi 3.0. CasADi is a free and
open-source tool for numerical optimization, algorithmic differentiation
and optimal control. It is written in C++ and has full-featured interfaces
to Python and MATLAB. CasADi is a general-purpose tool that can be used for
derivative calculations, ODE/DAE sensitivity analysis, C code generation and
as a convenient interface to state-of-the-art solvers such as IPOPT. In
particular, it enables the implementation of efficient codes for optimal
control with a modest programming effort, using several different
approaches. To date, CasADi has been used successfully in academic and
industrial research as well as in teaching optimal control.

Installation instructions, source code and prebuilt binaries for Windows,
