[Ipopt] Ipopt and the Matlab Interface on Mac OS X

Great looking instructions! I noticed that there are not any
optimization flags (e.g. -O3) included with CFLAGS or CXXFLAGS -- was
there a particular reason for this (did they not give any performance
advantage)?
