[Ipopt] Ipopt and the Matlab Interface on Mac OS X

FYI, I just updated the wiki page at …

… to reflect build instructions for current versions, that is OS X Mountain Lion 10.8, Ipopt 3.10.3 and Matlab R2012b. It now also links to a separate page that still contains the instructions for older versions, etc.
