[Ipopt] Ipopt and the Matlab Interface on Mac OS X

No reason that I'm aware of … I simply started with instructions from someone else and tweaked things until I got a build procedure that resulted in a working MEX file. I'd be happy to include any modifications to these instructions that result in improved performance.
