[Ipopt] Linking IPOPT with .deb-packaged MUMPS on Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic?

Hi Leo

I'd be pleased to see any pre-existing IPOPT .deb package. But also very 
keen to work out how to link against an already-installed MUMP, as 
opposed to using 'get.Mumps' all the time.
