[Ipopt] IPOPT.exe

Hi All,

I used Cygwin to compile IPOPT code. After I got ipopt.exe, I used the
ipopt.exe in AMPL, but I can not get result when I use the ipopt.exe in
 AMPL. If fact the test.mod file is ok. So I can not find what is the
problem. Could you give me a hand and give me your good ipopt.exe file?
Then I can use your ipopt.exe in my AMPL and check what is the problem.
