[Ipopt] IPOPT.exe

What you mean by you "can not get result"? What is the error or the
error message?

There should be an ipopt.exe included in the binary distributions at
http://www.coin-or.org/download/binary/Ipopt/Ipopt-3.5.4-win32-icl10.0.zip
