[Ipopt] Question about installing IPOPT

Hello
I was trying to install IPOPT for my research. And I installed the cygwin in
my MS vista bussness OS. and follow the steps in the
"documenation_IPOPT.pdf", everything ran well, and the configuration is
successful, but when I type make, at the end, an error shows up like
collect2: ld returned 1 exit status
make[3]: *** [ipopt.exe] Error 1
make[3]: Leaving directory `/home/myd/Ipopt/Ipopt/src/Apps/AmplSolver'
