Hello<br>I was trying to install IPOPT for my research. And I installed the cygwin in my MS vista bussness OS. and follow the steps in the "documenation_IPOPT.pdf", everything ran well, and the configuration is successful, but when I type make, at the end, an error shows up like <br>
