[Ipopt] Cannot download newest version of Ipopt

I see that the link to page http://www.coin-or.org/Tarballs/Ipopt/ is not
working.
This is a problem with the web server.

I have reported the problem and hope that it will be fixed soon.

If you can not wait, then you should now be able to download the source
using subversion.

The newest release version is 3.3.4.
