[Coin-ipopt] IPOPT and AMPL

Dear All:
 
I am trying to compile ipopt-3.0.1 so that it runs with ampl. I am doing
it under cygwin, but get the following errors:
 
When I do make install:


Making install in ASL
make[2]: Entering directory `/home/Paulo Mota/ipopt-3.0.1/Extern/ASL’
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `install’.  Stop.
 
When I do make:


Making all in ASL
make[2]: Entering directory `/home/Paulo Mota/ipopt-3.0.1/Extern/ASL’
make[2]: *** No rule to make target `all’.  Stop.
 
Has anyone been able to compile IPOPT so that it runs with AMPL under
Windows?
Is there someone out there who is willing to send me a copy of the
corresponding binary?
