[Coin-ipopt] IPOPT and AMPL

I have seen this happen before if the configure step did not complete
successfully. Are you sure configure was successful?
Did you get all the necessary code for the Extern directories? This is
outlined in the documentation found in the Docs directory.
If you have done these things and still have trouble, let me know and we
can figure out what is wrong.
P.S. Please be VERY careful about passing binaries around. The code that
is usually used for the linear solver (which you must obtain from Harwell)
should not be freely distributed. The documentation discusses how to
obtain the Harwell subroutines correctly.
