Sorry, I probably have made an annoucement on the mailing list:

The Ipopt tarballs are now in

http://www.coin-or.org/Tarballs/Ipopt/

Each night, a new one is created with thee stabe C++ version, and it is 
called Ipopt_2006Jul20.tgz (or whatever the current date is).

There might also be some extra tarballs with fixed old releases.

But the one you would usually get is the one that has the date in it.

And, yes, the one above will have the fix in it...
