[Coin-ipopt] question on installation of IPOPT

Hi,
I have a question on installing IPOPT.
My computer is windows-xp with sp2, and I downloaded the Cygwin. Then I followed the instructions in the document "installation with cygwin using GNU compilers".
It went well until the command "make install". It promted the error message:
CoinIpopt/Ipopt/src/LinAlg.deps/lpBlas.plo:1 
*** multiple target patterns. stop.

Can anyone help me to solve this issue? I will appreciate your help very much.
