[Coin-ipopt] Problem with ipopt installation

Hi Olga,

This is a problem on Cygwin (I assume you are using that?).

On Cygwin, the GNU make version 3.81 doesn't work properly.  In your 
Cygwin setup program, you can choose to downgrade make to version 3.80 - 
this should fix your problem.
