[Coin-ipopt] Download the Ipopt-3.x.x tarball

Hi,
I'm planning on migrating from Fortran Ipopt to the C++ version but when I 
look in the COIN tarball archive I only find the old version 
Ipopt_2005_Oct18.tgz.

Have you stopped distributing it as tarballs.??
