[CppAD] IPOPT and CppAD

Alberto:

As of yet, I have not compiled Ipopt in a way that is compatible with 
Visual studio. I think that using a virtual copy of unix is the best way 
to run Ipopt on a windows machine(this is what I have done). You could 
use VMware player or Sun's VirtualBox to run a virtual copy of unix 
inside of your windows machine.

Another option, is to use Optimization Services as suggested in Kipp's 
message included below.
