[CppAD] IPOPT and CppAD

The Optimization Services (OS) project currently connects CppAD to 
Ipopt. See

See also

http://www.coin-or.org/download/binary/OS/OS-1.1-VisualStudio.zip

for project files that link to the Ipopt solver.

If you look in the bin directory you will see

OSSolverService.exe

You can use this to call Ipopt if you want.
