[Couenne] Couenne on NEOS

Dear Couenne users,

Couenne 0.2.2 is now available on the NEOS server for optimization,  
for now with AMPL interface only:

http://neos.mcs.anl.gov/neos/solvers/minco:Couenne/AMPL.html

The required input consists of four files: one for the model  
(required), one for the data, one with commands, and an option file.

Thanks very much to Ashutosh Mahajan and Jeff Linderoth for making  
this possible.
