FWIW, I'm not inclined to rename 'Coin Bazaar'.  This is a collection of miscellaneous projects related to COIN-OR, but alternative names like 'Coin Miscellaneous' were equally unpalatable.  

The documentation on the COIN-OR Download page is pretty clear about how codes are version controlled in this project.
