[Coin-discuss] Fix on Darwin and Msys

Hi,

I think I fixed the example executable compilation on Darwin, and I also 
fixed libtool on Msys when used with the GNU compilers (libtool is 
unfortunately still buggy on Windows, so I'm applying patches after it is 
generated by the configure scripts).

Please try again.  If it still doesn't work, please submit (or reopen) a 
ticket at https://projects.coin-or.org/BuildTools
