[Coin-discuss] Column and row names in OsiSolverInterface

	Count me as strongly in favour.  I've banged up against this on several
occasions.  The ability to attach a name to a constraint or variable makes it
much easier to correlate messages from different components of an application
when they have different ways of assigning indices. It also gives a cheap way
of tagging constraints/variables with their origin.
