[Coin-discuss] Symphony, glpk -4.3 & -4.7

The Makefile for Symphony refers
to both glpk-4.3 and glpk-4.7.
I tried 4.3 first because that was what I had.
4.3 gave me undefined references,
so I got 4.7 which worked.

With GLPK, sometimes the API changes,
but the major version number does not.
