[Coin-discuss] SYMPHONYROOT in Vrp

In the Vrp Makefile, SYMPHONYROOT=.. works better
than SYMPHONYROOT = ${HOME}/SYMPHONY .
The latter will never work if the Vrp directory
is .../COIN/SYMPHONY/Vrp .

Also, with static linking I had to edit the link command again.
