[Coin-discuss] Should we change name of Sbb?

The topic of the name Sbb has surfaced again.  Gams has had an Sbb for 
sometime and apparently it has caused confusion.  Should I change the name 
from Sbb (Slow/Simple Branch and Bound) to something more descriptive e.g. 
Cbc (Coin Branch and Cut)?

I would leave the Sbb directories but all future development would be in a 
new directory.

Thoughts?
