<br><font size=2 face="sans-serif">The topic of the name Sbb has surfaced
again. Gams has had an Sbb for sometime and apparently it has caused
confusion. Should I change the name from Sbb (Slow/Simple Branch
and Bound) to something more descriptive e.g. Cbc (Coin Branch and Cut)?</font>

all future development would be in a new directory.</font>
