[Coin-discuss] missing header files

These files are not included and can not be included because they belong to
other solvers that are not part of COIN.
See COIN/Win/startMsDevStudio.bat, especially the bottom of the file.

Since spxsolver.h, cplex.h and ekk_c_api.h are needed for your build then
you have defined to the compiler the symbols COIN_USE_SPX, COIN_USE_CPX,
and COIN_USE_OSL.
If you don't have these solver, you should not be defining these symbols.

hi All.

OsiUnitTrst does not build on Visual Studio .net because spxsolver.h and
cplex.h are not included in the COIN distribution. ekk _o_api.h which is
essential for CglLib is also not   included in the COIN package, but I
managed to find a copy in nosllib. Thanks.
