[Coin-discuss] missing header files

hi All.

 

 

OsiUnitTrst does not build on Visual Studio .net because spxsolver.h and cplex.h are not included in the COIN distribution. ekk _o_api.h which is essential for CglLib is also not   included in the COIN package, but I managed to find a copy in nosllib.
