For Stefano Gliozzi I will have to code SOS2 but semi-continuous variables 
already exist as lotsizing variables.

A lotsizing variable has a set of valid ranges e.g.

0 -> 0
1 -> 3
10 -> 10
15 -> 33
100 -> 1000000

An example to show this is in Samples/sample3.cpp
