That is the plan. The HEAD should always be stable, soif someone just checks
out the code then it should work.

I don't know if anyone has tried it. I'd be happy if someone did it (more
people could use BCP), but I don't have VC++ 7 and to be honest, I like unix
much better. But I'm perfectly willing fold in patches that make the code
compile with VC++.
