[Coin-discuss] performance - Osl or Clp??

Clp will need more tuning than OSL (or other commercial solvers).  By 
default no presolve is done.  Using the Osi interface I would try giving 
hints to do presolve and also try the dual algorithm rather than the 
primal.  It is intended that the performance of Clp will improve with 
time.
