[Coin-discuss] OSI - branchAndBound

Hi Coin,

Since SBB is fairly stable - rather than pure virtual 
OsiSolverInterface::branchAndBound - do we want the default 
implementation to call SBB? At this point, some solvers, e.g. OsiClp, 
throws an error when calling B&B.

The downside to this, of course, is that Osi would then depend on SBB.
