Dear All,

HiGHS is a high performance serial and parallel solver for large scale sparse linear programming written in C++. More at https://github.com/coin-or/HiGHS

Just to add a little to Stefan's announcement, HiGHS has

  * A serial and parallel dual simplex solver
  * A serial interior point solver
  *   LP presolve
  * Interfaces to C, C#, FORTRAN, Julia and Python
  *   A web site http://www.highs.dev/

What it doesn't yet have (quite) is

  *   An OSI interface
  *   Simplex hot-start after adding/removing rows/columns

These developments are expected to be completed within six months. Further performance improvements and additional features [serial primal simplex solver, QP solver and modest MIP presolve and solver] will be added as part of its natural evolution in the coming 1-2 years.

The team can be contacted directly on highsopt at gmail.com<mailto:highsopt at gmail.com>

Thanks,

Julian
