<p>Just to add a little to Stefan's announcement, HiGHS has <br>
</p>
<ul>
<li>A serial and parallel dual simplex solver</li><li>A serial interior point solver</li><li>LP presolve<br>
</li><li>Interfaces to C, C#, FORTRAN, Julia and Python</li><li>A web site <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://www.highs.dev/">http://www.highs.dev/</a></li></ul>
<p>What it doesn't yet have (quite) is</p>
<ul>
<li>An OSI interface</li><li>Simplex hot-start after adding/removing rows/columns</li></ul>
<p>These developments are expected to be completed within six months. Further performance improvements and additional features [serial primal simplex solver, QP solver and modest MIP presolve and solver] will be added as part of its natural evolution in the
coming 1-2 years.</p>
