[Coin-announce] new projects HiGHS and Python-MIP

Hi,

projects HiGHS and Python-MIP have been added to COIN-OR last year.

HiGHS is a high performance serial and parallel solver for large scale 
sparse linear programming written in C++. More at

Python-MIP is a collection of Python tools for the modeling and solution 
of Mixed-Integer Linear programs. More at 
https://github.com/coin-or/python-mip
