[Cmpl] Install Troubles

Hi Matthew,

thank you for you interest in CMPL.

Despite that Win64 is (unfortunately) not yet an supported platform (at the moment - we are working on a 64bit Windows version), the win32 version has to work on a win64 system. I have tested it on a Windows 7 and it works. 

To analyse the problem, I would like to ask you to execute coliop.bat on the command line and to send me the error messages. I would also  like to know your  Java version. Could you try to execute bin/cmpl.exe and Thirdparty/COIN-OS/OSSolverService.exe on the command line. The Java  error=5 could caused by -> the binaries are not executable or not not accessible. A last question -> is CMPL installed in \Program Files\Cmpl\ ?
