[Cbc] MILP warm start using stand-alone CBC

Try typing forceSolution?? and priorityIn?? at a prompt in standalone
solver.
There is a typo in forceSolution?? the second +1 should be a 2. So you
probably want force 1 and give solution in prioryin file
Good luck. If it nearly works - complain and I will try and fix it.

I understand that a warm start capability is available in CBC when used
as C++ callable library,

functionality also available through the stand-alone executable version?
