[Cbc] MILP warm start using stand-alone CBC

Hi all,

I understand that a warm start capability is available in CBC when used
as C++ callable library,
http://list.coin-or.org/pipermail/cbc/2008-June/000130.html. But is this
functionality also available through the stand-alone executable version?
