[Cbc] Testing out Cbc

Hello All,

I am new to CBC, but I have some experience with other free and commercial
solvers.
Currently, I am conducting a quick study to check out the performance of CBC
on some of our typical problems.
I downloaded a version I found on the Binaries Coin-or page, but it isn't
very updated. The version I found is 2.20.00 for win32. Is there anywhere
else I could look for win32 builds? I wouldn't want to have to build my own
version, since I currently don't have the necessary tools to do so.
Also, I haven't found a manual for the "stand-alone" cbc executable, and
therefore am struggling a little to find some of the basic commands (such as
time limit).
